- Size L: waist measurement approx 30cm across, can stretch to approx 45

- length approx 89 cm

- Pocket on either side, good size to put your phone in

- very comfy, great to use as travel pants, as pockets are on the side not at the back. Bought 2 of these pants for my travel but only used one
