WWI French Personal Trench Art Snuff / Tobacco Brass Box. JP on the top of the box, very worn, and M inside the lid. The hinge is very beautiful, amazing work. This tin has been loved so much; the corners of the lid are worn through, from use or polishing. It obviously meant a lot to somebody. Unfortunately I have no information on the person who made and owned it. It measures approx 107mm x 53mm and x 25mm thick and weighs 110g.
