Comes with brand new AV cable and a power cable. Throughly tested to ensure it's working as it should.

There will be wear and tear to the game cases, some have manuals, some don't. There are surface scratches on some of the games which doesn't affect gameplay and other discs have little to no scratches / wear and tear.
