Using a hand held friction weld tool will speed up the time taken to strap a pallet, with no seals required and the ability to complete between 180 and 300 sealing cycles on a single charge. The time taken for the battery to recharge is approximately 30 minutes.

The heavy duty version is designed for use with the more difficult items to strap, eg bricks, wood, bales etc. The tool has an adjustable tension control, which can apply between 1100 and 4200N.

Suitable strapping for use with this machine is as follows,

16 or 19mm wide strapping
Polypropylene or polyester strapping
0.8mm - 1.27mm thick strapping
