This is an ex retail store stock item. The DVD has NEVER been played, its NEVER been taken out of the centre clamp and is in NEAR MINT+ to MINT condition; the exact same applies to the inner booklet - NEVER taken out of the case and never handled. The pushback here is that this item was stored in a humid environment and it suffered humidity damage, therefore, the outer inlay was affected and the outer inlays have stuck themselves to the case. Considering this, it will be priced sharply so this will be a great pickup for the avid fan or collector as this is not that easy to source nowadays, in particular with the DVD itself never being played.   

Postage:

I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority. Prices are determined by Australia Post, not us. In Australia, this will be sent out as a large letter, meaning that postage is very cost effective as it is a cheaper postage rate, BUT, it does NOT have tracking. As long as you are happy with this, then all good on our side, otherwise, if you want tracking select $10.60 for postage and this will be sent out as a standard parcel with tracking. 

I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.

Pickups:

So sorry, I do not offer pickup on any items so please don't ask.

Refunds:

As I am a Private Seller not a Shop or a Retailer, there are no returns, No Refunds and No Warranty on these items; they are sold as is - unless item is not as described.

I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one

I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item

I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it

All returns / refunds will be on a case by case basis

The Australian Consumer Law does not apply when you buy from a private seller. The seller may also have their own refunds and returns policy with additional rights.
