frequently asked questions about buying from me. If your question is not

Postage & packaging
Postage and packaging charges represent
my actual costs. I can normally combine
postage if you are buying more than one item, which is likely to save you
money. Please request an invoice before making payment or ask me for a quote on
postage for multiple items before you buy.
I offer several postage options so that
buyers can decide which option is best for them. If I am offering free P&P,
then the delivery method will be the lowest cost option that provides insurance
cover for the item(s). I always obtain proof of posting.
I re-use packaging materials
and use non-plastic and paper-based parcel tapes for environmental reasons. Some
new packaging may be used to protect your item(s) properly whilst in transit,
but this can usually be used again afterwards.
Bidders from outside
of the United Kingdom
I only provide international shipping (outside
of the United Kingdom) via the Global Shipping Programme. The listing will
indicate whether this is offered.
Collecting items
I only offer collections on items if
this is specifically stated in the listing.
Returning items &
refunds
You will find more
information about returns in the listing. If you are returning an item, I will
either provide a replacement (at the buyer’s request and subject to
availability) or I will refund the original amount that was paid. I ask buyers
to return the item to me prior to sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
