Description:

The PESA Cheetah DRS is a multi-format audio router featuring patent pending distributed routing technology utilizing a gigabit ethernet transport. Audio signals are carried as ethernet packets throughout your broadcast facility using industry standard CAT-5 cable. This allows you to locate the DRS input units in close proximity to your actual sources such as satellite ingest and audio servers. Output units can be located close to your terminal gear for distribution, audio consoles, or master control. By keeping cable runs extremely short, installation time and cable weight are all reduced, while maintenance and signal quality are improved.
