Nice antique French porcelain plate. Decorated with a border of hand painted pink roses over gold, yellow, and blue. Signed by the artist Milligen. Marked on the reverse with an underglaze Limoges France in green with a bird.

Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.

Measures approximately 10 1/4 inches wide.
