SHIPMENT

• Usually the parcel will be shipped within 1 business day after payment. Sometime it’s 2 business days though it’s seldom.
• We do could combine shipping. The system will calculate shipping cost for combined shipment automaticly when you check out. Or, the shipping cost will be changed to combined shipping cost when we send the invoice for multiple items.
• To United States, Australia, United Kingdom & Russia, the small parcel (less than 2kg) is shipped via Epacket (EUB). To other countries, it’s shipped by Register Airmail of China Post.
• To United States, the bigger parcel (more than 2kg) is shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service of China Post). To other countries, usually it’s shipped by SAL shipping of China Post. In case there is no SAL service, it’ll be shipped by Registered Airmail too.
• Please let us know if other shipping way is preferred.

PAYMENT

• Paypal is welcome.
• We allow one week or so for order ‘piling up’. Please let us know if it’s needed.

RETURN POLICY

• If the specimens are not satisfied, please drop a message to us before returning. When we get the returned minerals in its original condition, full value of specimen will be refunded within 3 workings days (not including the shipping cost).
