Features:

1. The product can only control 12V standard 4-wire PWM fan, through the output pwm signal to control the internal circuit of 4-wire fan to change speed.

2. Can not turn off the fan power, can not change the fan voltage, can not control 2-wire, 3-wire and non-standard PWM fan.

3. Product upgrade, the controller has been equipped with reverse timing fan support capability.

4. Red and black power cord is only welding 12V positive and negative power cord header, as a general use. Three-wire connector is with a 2510-3P plug for some motherboards three-wire fan port speed detection, generally also compatible with 2510-4P header pins.

5. Temperature probe: small black header line short head small, low heat capacity, suitable for testing the narrow space as well as air temperature, relatively fast response.

6. Factory defaults: 20% low speed, acceleration temperature of 30 ℃, acceleration width of 5 ℃. This temperature setting with the palm of the hand holding the thermal probe after a while will accelerate, the probe clip such as into the armpit in general within 2 minutes will reach full speed.

Manual control and automatic temperature control mode:

1. When not installing the temperature probe is purely manual: click / double-click (double-click speed should not be too fast) key up / down gear . Each time you change the gear and continue to run for 20 seconds will automatically store the gear, within 20 seconds the No. 2 indicator will flash rapidly, when it stops flashing rapidly then it means that the gear has been stored. When it is in the position that it can not continue to increase / can not continue to reduce the position, the No. 3 / 1 indicator light will be always on.

2. After installing the temperature probe, the speed of manual speed control is the initial low speed (bottom line speed), when the temperature exceeds the acceleration temperature, the fan speed will smoothly accelerate with the temperature rise, and when the temperature reaches and exceeds the sum of acceleration temperature and acceleration width (i.e., the full-speed temperature), the fan will be at full speed. Setting the acceleration temperature as well as the acceleration width parameters are detailed in the picture.

3. Normal operation: click the button bottom line output increased by 5%, double-click the button bottom line output decreased by 5%, change the value after running for 20 seconds, to be in the middle of the indicator light stops flashing automatically save the parameters. Enter the temperature control setting by long press the key.

4. Temperature control setting state:

Accelerated temperature setting (slow flash) by single-click double-click respectively lifting and lowering the set value, long press to enter the accelerated width setting.

Accelerated width setting (fast flash) also double-click to change the value and long press to save and exit the temperature setting.

Note: If there is no operation for 20 seconds in the setting state, it will automatically exit the setting without saving the parameters.


Reverse timer fan control method:

First of all, turn off the power and remove the fan, long press the setting button to energize the controller, keep the setting button always pressed (about 3 seconds), to be three indicator lights at the same time into the double-flash state after releasing the button, the indicator light becomes a single light double flash, that is, on behalf of entering the mode setting state. The controller is divided into three working modes, corresponding to 1, 2, 3 lamps double flash, through the short press button to switch, set, long press button to save and exit the setting mode, automatically return to the normal working state. The three working modes are as follows

1. Conventional PWM fan control mode (default mode) for Intel standard specification four-wire fan control.

2. 2. Regular reverse-timed PWM fan control mode for most reverse-timed 4-wire fan controls, with reverse speed change when controlled in regular mode, and full speed when the control wires are connected to the negative terminal.

3. 80% Inverted Timing Fan Control Mode for a very rare type of inverted timing fan that has an opposite speed change when controlled in regular mode and does not rotate when the control wire is connected to the negative terminal.

Note: Reverse timing fan is the case that some fan temperature is higher the lower the speed, it does not mean that support fan forward and reverse! Not forward and reverse function!
