A stunning Oil on canvas painting. Age unknown. It is probably early 20th century. No visible signature. Some areas of fading/ damage / staining to the painting. There are holes/ rips to the canvas. Some of the little pins around the edges are missing. It is s very dark painting ( some of the photos make it look lighter). Please look at all photos close up and carefully. There are little holes in the canvas as seen in the last but one photo when the painting is held up against a bright light. They are not so noticeable otherwise as you can see in the photos.
