Drawer pull taken from Amish furniture (no idea of brand).  Used for less than a year.  3 inch center to center.  The black "screw" on the front is fake (it's just for looks).  I'm including 1 inch and 1/1/4 inch screws (depending on depth of board you might need longer or shorter screws).
