This nice fish serving knife by Albert Cole is 12 inches and weighs 143 grams. The fiddle thread handle is filled, not solid silver. Although the handle has a few dings, there are no splits or repairs as are so common with this type of handle.
Condition is very good but this fish server is retired. Do not use this at the table. If you look closely at the picture that shows the marks, you can see the beginnings of metal fatigue. There is no split … yet. This will be a display piece unless you don’t mind being the one that gave it a split.
