The 1995 Babylon 5 Ultra 8 possible hologram cards were about 1:12 packs.  The 8 possible Space Gallery cards were about 1:4 packs.  The 8 possible prismatic foil cards were about 1:4 packs.

The Star Trek TNG Inaugural edition 03H holo was distributed about 1:18 packs.  The 05H gold holo was available through a mail-in offer and in some packs to a lesser degree.  The language cards were about 1:5 packs.  

The STTNG season 1 promos are dealer promos marked prototype.  S1 has a description of the card set, featuring the Enterprise and a Borg ship.  S2 describes the episode "Lonely Among Us" and a scene from it of Worf. 

The STTNG season 2 promo S1 is also a dealer promo.

The SkyBox master Series S1 and S2 are dealer promos.  The survey card was in about 1:5 packs.

I was a comic and card dealer in the 1990s which is why I have so many dealer cards.
