Dust jacket has a few creases around the edges and pages 543 through 574 are turned up at the corner. See pictures. There are slight fingerprint smudges on the fore edge. I did not attempt to clean it. Otherwise in great shape! This book is large. Weighing a little over 6 lbs and measuring approximately 12"x9"x2". It is  rare prize!
