Stewart Reuben and Bob Ciaffone are successful poker players well-known in high-stakes cash games and big tournaments like the World Series of Poker. Stewart Reuben is one of poker’s earliest columnists, having written for Mayfair magazine back in the 1960s. Bob Ciaffone wrote the first comprehensive poker rulebook ever written on the game in 1989, “The Official Rules of Poker.”
