Recorded mail or other traceable means are required for returned items in order for refunds to be processed. Should the parcel become lost, we cannot refund or replace an item without a proof of postage. Please email in advance stating your reason for return, name, address and package tracking number so your return can be processed accordingly. Unwanted items may be returned at the buyers cost within 30 days of receipt for a refund if the item is in unused, saleable, original condition & packaging. We will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid label for heavier items or faulty goods. Goods that develop a manufacturer fault within 30 days of receipt will be collected by us at no cost to the buyer and then refunded, repaired or replaced subject to our inspection. We do not take responsibility for damage whilst in transit or by misuse or mistreatment of the product.
