After Dark

Magazine of Entertainment

Volume 5 No. 3 July 1972

This very rare issue features interviews, articles or photos of Al Pacino, Gore Vidal, Gene Tierney, Fire Island Fashions, Cal Culver, Mick Greenwood, Perry King, Shirley MacLaine, Michael Friedlander photography spread, and Martha Schlamme. Please check all the pics for details.

First published in 1968, After Dark was an entertainment magazine that covered theatre, cinema, stage plays, ballet, performance art, and various artists, including singers, actors and actresses, and dancers. There was always a gay men's interest angle to everything they published and that is especially evident in the photo shoot spreads and much of the advertising towards the back of each issue.
