Payment

(1) PayPal is the only online payment method we accept. Please ensure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior bidding.

(2) Payment must be received in 7 days after the auction ended. If payment is not received by due date, eBay will be notified and an unpaid item case may be issued, the item will be relisted and the case will be also closed.

Please note that Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipment

(1) We only ship the goods to the confirmed eBay address, please make sure your address in eBay so that the products will be sent to you successfully.

(2) The item will be sent out within 1 business day once your payment is completed (excludes weekends & holidays). Once your parcel is shipped out, we will email you and tell you the tracking number.

Delivery Method:

Generally, all of our items are shipped by China Post Air Mail (economy international flat rate shipping). If you would prefer EMS or other express shipping service, please ask us for a quotation before buying.

Shipping Time:

(1) United States: About 15-20 business days.

(2) Europe/Australia/New Zealand/Russia: About 25-45 business days

(3) Other Countries/Areas: About 30-50 business days.

However, transit time is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties, also will be affected by the holiday, extreme weather and etc. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Terms of sale

All products are good in quality when shipping to our customers. If you are not satisfied with them, you can send them back, and returns must be done within 30 days after the buyer receives the item. But you should be responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or item is damaged during transportation.
