Please note that:

-Our Automatic Bark Stopper shock collar is designed to establish better communication between you and your dog, not to punish the dog. Please be kind to the animal

-The collar is not designed to be worn for long periods of time. We recommend not leaving the collar on your dog for more than 8 hours every 24 hours and only wear the collar during training ...... Remove at the end of training

-If the hair at the dog's neck is too long, it may prevent the receiver from fully contacting the skin, you must shave a portion of it so that it can reach the skin and the electric shock will not pass through the thick hair (free returns are not accepted in this case)

-Please do not use the bark stopper on aggressive dogs
