A pair of Italian handbuilt WheelsBike.it WB1000 Road 700c road bike wheels.

WheelsBike.it is a small bespoke company set up in Italy in 2004. In 2008 they started concentrating solely on bespoke handbuilt wheels for road, MTB and handbikes.

All wheels are sourced and handbuilt in house.

These wheels were purchased directly from WheelsBike and brought back via hand luggage, I’ve not seen another set here in the UK so pretty rare to find.

They’re used still have plenty of life in them. The bearings are smooth, both run nice and true and the braking surface has minimal wear.

Rear wheel has 24 spokes. It’s got 16 on the drive side in cross pattern and 8 on the non drive side in a radial pattern.

Front wheel has 20 spokes, 10 on each side in radial pattern.

Rear spacing is 130mm

Front spacing is 100mm

The freehub is Shimano splined and will accept a 8/9 speed cassette.

Weight of both wheels is 1.8 kg.
