VCR cycles is delighted to bring to the market this classic Quest Bikes of North Harrow, London size 51cm road bike Frameset.

Quest bikes don’t actually produce their frames in house they instead opt to buy in from either Italy or Taiwan. The latter probably for Carbon frames as let’s face it…what Carbon frame isn’t made in Taiwan these days!

This is an early frame possibly dating from July 1999 going by the frame number on the BB being F9907 ?

Their early frames were made using Easton aluminium tubing. The Carve carbon forks have a 1” threadless steerer but supplied with a shim so a 1 1/8” stem can be used.

Very clean condition with no dents, oxidation bubbles or damage.

A few light scratches here and there as you’d expect for a frame of this age.

Smooth Cane Creek S2 headset included.

English BB threads and hanger threads are good.

A classic and striking looking road bike Frameset that will build up into something quite special for very little money especially if you’ve already got the parts knocking about.!

The frame measures:

51cm from centre of BB to top of seat tube.

52cm from centre of seat tube to centre of headtube.

Headtube is 95mm

Rear spacing is 130mm

Front spacing is 100mm

Weight is a very respectable 2.1kg
