As shown in the photos, you are bidding on:
- 16 x British 24th infantry figures (beautifully hand painted in 54mm or 1/32 scale, cast in plastic) made by 'Conte Collectibles,' Zulu War Series Set 1 & 2. Includes two British officers (Chard and Bromhead)! Rare and hard to find! One casualty figures has been finished with a realistic looking rock and grass terrain base diorama!
- 1 x supplies marker (scratch built) from hydrocal casts of ammo crate, barrel and bags
Notes:
Figures were painted with acrylic paints - and then sprayed with a varnish of matte finish for durability. There may be a few imperfections that were missed during painting.
- Casualty and supplies were finished with a rocky and grass terrain for the plains of Isandlwana! All other figure bases are washed to mimic a rocky ground terrain effect
Painted in a realistic style (not "traditional toy soldier" look), using contrast paints, washes and highlights where applicable
- Colors used may not be completely historically accurate but might have been changed for visual impact or taste
Eyes are not painted in
