This vest is a vintage item that was manufactured in 1999. It's a lightweight blend of polyester and rayon.  It features two zip pockets on the front of the vest on either side near the bottom, and one zip pocket on the back of the vest close to the bottom. It's in good used condition, with some signs of piling on the interior of the garment and signs of wear on the bottom hem. Here's a sizing chart for reference:
