I purchased this at Macy's in December of 1999!  How do I remember that so long ago you ask?  

I needed a fancy, fun dress for a date on New's Years Eve December 31, 1999 for a party in Denver to celebrate the end of the century!

I wore it for about 6-8 hours and it has hung in my closet for 23 years!  Time to let it have a 'new life' where someone will appreciate its beauty and wear it once an awhile!

**Vintage** 90s Night Way Collections Black Velvet Dress with white chiffon draped collar and train. Collar drapes over the shoulders, drapes to the middle of the back and is cinched and flows down to the floor - see photo's.

I am 5'3" 125 pounds this fits me very nicely.  

It measures from the side at arm pit down to the floor 49"

It measures across the front from arm pit to arm pit 14 1/2"

It is only lined thru the bra area the rest of the dress is unlined.

There is NO SLIT on either side of the dress.

The white is perhaps considered Chiffon? on the back right side has some 'snagging' in the fabric (see photo's). Honestly unless you are holding the white opened up vs. it laying naturally you don't see it...it isn't 'torn thru'...just snagged about 7-8" long so please be aware of this and if it bothers you...please don't purchase it - I want whom ever purchases this to 'love it'!!!
