All I can tell you is that I do not believe this is a RPPC (Real Photo Post Card) since there are duplicates for sale. It is pre-1939 since that is the date the card was postmarked. In this context the caption says this is the crossroads of Boulevard Haussmann and the Boulevard des Italiens both historic “Grand Boulevards” of Paris. the Number 160 obviously refers to a series. Some of the similar (or same) cards on Ebay refer to a CPA rather than RPPC but I’m not sure what that means exactly……
