Published in New York and London and limited to 750 Copies, this edition is hand numbered 139.   By Albert Mackey and William Singleton, it details the history of freemasonry's introduction and progress in the United States, the history of the symbols of freemasonry and the Scottish Rite. If you are a Freemason, a Freemason collector or a collector of rare books, this is an absolutely rare occasion to buy this 7-volume set.

There is a handwritten inscription in the first volume that scribes W.A. Watson, Masonic Books 1904.  These books sold for $70 in 1904 (over $2441 today).

A lovely 3/4 black leather and black cloth set with gold gilt embellishments. This is the VERY RARE LIMITED TEMPLAR EDITION.

Condition - Overall good condition. Some light rubbing and edge wear and slight browning of pages. Some bumped corners and spines.  Vol II 's cover is attached - but most all other Volumes the covers are there but remain unattached. Please review the images as the photos take precedence over any written description. 

This would make an excellent addition to any Masonic or Antique Limited Edition Book collection.
