Blenko #615 14 3/4" vase in Turquoise by Wayne Husted 1961 this piece is marked on the base with the Blenko block letter mark. I have included the catalog pictures for when this piece was made as well as the color page for that year.This piece displays perfectly and holds water also. There is some staining at the very base and a piece of debris (a bug) caught in the glass. There is also a hairline crack just along the base area. These 3 areas have been pictured and have also been reflected in my starting price.
