Pearl started dancing at 3, her mother always wanted to be a ballerina so Pearl had no choice but to dance. She loved the freedom of dancing but the training was tedious and overwhelming. By the time she was in her teens she was exhausted and had a terrible eating disorder. She was feeling consumed. There was no escape and she had no time for a social life. She desperately wanted a normal life with friends, parties, boys to kiss ..but instead she got to the point where she could not longer dance, Pearl literally wasted away.
Pearl says her death is strangely a relief...she is now free!!!!
