Nippon Morimura Hand Painted Multicolor Floral Border & Gold Footed Small Bowl
Nice antique Japanese porcelain footed bowl. Decorated on the inside with a hand painted floral border in red, black, cobalt, blue, green, yellow, and gold gilding over an ivory border. With gold gilding along the edge and below the band. Marked on the bottom Hand Painted M Nippon with a wreath. This mark was used by the Morimura Brothers in Nippon (Japan) between 1911 and 1921.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.
Measures approximately 5 1/4 inches wide x 3 1/4 inches tall.
