Nice antique porcelain plate. Decorated with a hand painted portrait of a Madame Germaine de Staël. Cobalt blue and gold encrusted border. Marked on the reverse F.A Schumann 107 Leipzig St 107 Berlin. This mark was used by Friedrich Adolph Schumann in Berlin. The factory was dissolved in 1880. Also signed on the reverse by the artist Schonfeldt Eisner. 

Excellent condition.

Measures approximately 9 5/8 inches wide.
