This is a Blue Ridge Green Briar 9 1/2" dinner plate.  A few utensil marks, with a noticeable mark on the brown flower.  A manufacturing flaw on the face of the plate.  It is covered with glaze.  A small brown stain on the underside near the rim.  See photos.  No chips cracks or crazing.
