Why can't I use the remote control to control the pool light after I receive it?
If you are using the pool light for the first time, please download the APP connect the phone and light. Once this initial connection has been established, subsequent usage of the remote control will not require repeated phone connectivity.
Why isn't my light flashing red like the instructions say?
Please Plug and unplug it 3 times to restore the factory Settings and the red light will flash. Similarly, if you have any problems with the connection, you can restore the factory Settings in this way.
