Each one is handprinted from the my own hand-carved lino block. Because of this there will be small variations between prints making each one unique.

Yggdrasil was the tree of life sometimes also called World Tree in Norse mythology. This giant ash tree joined Heaven and Earth.

The carved words come from the poetry of the Norse Edda.
