A fantastic black Mint Velvet blouse - with white polka dots.

The blouse has a concealed button down front and a V neck.

The sleeves I would consider to be 3/4 length and they have an added feature of a white tie at the cuff.

The chest measurement from pit to pit is 22 inches and the length is 28 inches.

The material is viscose and feels very good quality.

Excellent new condition - just having a clear out!
