A RARE PAIR OF LIVERPOOL DELFTWARE NEOCLASSICAL TILES, BOTH TILES PRINTED IN BLACK WITH AN OVAL PANEL OF A MUSE WITH A LYRE, ONE WITH THE FIGURE AND OVAL FRAME WASHED OVER IN GREEN, THE OTHER WITH THE FIGURE LEFT IN BLACK AND WHITE,  THE BACKGROUND ENAMELLED IN GREEN. 


One measuring approximately 12.5cm x 12.4cm, the other 12.2cm x 12.6cm. 


Unmarked.  


Condition:  Edge chips (illustrated). Possibly slightly trimmed.
