This iPod functions well but could use a battery replacement and does have some scuffs and scratches that are generally superficial so it does feel smooth in the hand all around. There seems to be some small bubbling in the screen that I'm not sure if it can be removed or maybe a replacement if desired but otherwise the display functions as normal
