We used this in our yard for several years.  As you can see it is likely that a bulb or two inside need to be replaced.  There are some stakes that we will put in the box that we used to tie him down in our yard but you might want to get bigger stakes if you live in an area with high winds.  This Elmo stands over 7ft tall as you can see in my photos his head is hitting the ceiling in my basement.  Fan runs nice and strong and inflated within seconds when I plugged him in to test.  Any other items you see in the photo background are NOT INCLUDED such as my trampoline etc.  Last time we took him down it must have been muddy outside so he would benefit from being inflated in the rain to help wash off the dirt (nothing major but wanted to note so no surprises).  The storage box is very worn from being taped shut each year after use.
