JP Limoges Blue Barbeaux Flowers Gold Scroll & Laurel Leaf 9 5/8 Inch Plate

Nice antique French porcelain plate. Decorated with a border of gold floral scrollwork, blue barbeaux flowers, and a gold laurel leaf band. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom J. P. L. France in green. This is an underglaze whiteware manufacturer's mark mark used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1890 and 1932. Also marked J. Pouyat Limoges in a wreath. This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1906 and 1932.

Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.

Measures approximately 9 5/8 inches wide.
