Description: A beautiful English Antique Late Victorian solid sterling silver table snuff trinket box, having a rectangular oblong shaped body, of planished form with the lid beautifully decorated with embossed decoration of a bird standing on a flowering branch with a floral background and butterfly. The interior of the box comes with a lovely gold gilt lining and has a protruding lip to the front for opening and stands on a flat base. Excellent clean quality and is of 127 years of age a splendid example from the late Queen Victorian period. It's of an excellent useable size and weighs an impressive 107 grams of solid sterling silver. The box is an all original example and hasn't been hand engraved with any presentation inscriptions, initials, monograms or family crest marks. Would make an excellent fine addition to anyones collection or is ready to be used for its purpose it was made for. A superb clean example.

Condition report: The body is excellent condition for its 127 years of age with no nasty dents, dings, holes, splits or repairs. The embossed decoration is in superb condition with no wear worries or any holes from polishing over its years. The underneath of the box is in excellent condition with no major wear issues. The lid opens and closes just how it should with no play and closes tightly shut to the body. The gold gilt interior is in excellent condition for its age and looks as good as the day it was made very rare to come by like this now these days. The hallmarks to the body and lid both match up its an all original example mostly all very clear and readable. Just the makers mark is slightly rubbed from polishing. A stunning clean example which is ready to be used or a superb addition to your collection.

We will do combined postage for multiple purchases where possible. Just depends on value of won lots. Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm can insure items up to £2,500 if required in the United Kingdom and DPD delivery service will be used for parcels outside of Europe for items of over £250 due to insurance being required. We now only use DPD delivery services for Europe.
Import charges
Please be aware of any import charges on your items as they will have to be paid by you. So please check on your country before purchasing. As they will have to be paid before delivery. Once your parcel is with customs it may cause a delay with your delivery. They will be in contact with you for any duties which need to be paid.
