Stamp celebrating the first Anniversary of the October Revolution.
It depicts a sword breaking a chain.
This stamp was issued in two versions - one with diagonal intersecting chalk lines on the surface on the stamp, and the other without the chalk lines. Available here is the version with the chalk lines.
