Growing instructions

Seeds can be planted straight in the ground from March through to May. (Can also be planted indoors) 

Sow each seed 12 mm deep in the ground and spread each seed you plant by approximately 10 cm

Remember to water seeds as they grow. Support the stem as the sunflower grows in order to ensure a giant sunflower

 (If seeds are planted indoors, pick the strongest stems to grow outside)
