Brand new, never built, just opened the box. I ended up going with a different spoke hole count for my wheelset so I don't need this hub anymore. It has never been built to any rim or altered in any way other than taken it out of the box.
Comes with original packaging and everything that was in the box, including the rotor lockring as pictured.
