How can i get support?
CP CLOUD HOSTING Support can help with integration if you are hosting ith us, but not for issues related to WHMCS. For that, you would need to go direct to WHMCS. All licenses include access to WHMCS' free ticket-based technical support that is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also have self-help resources, including extensive documentation, guides and tutorials.
Are licenses bought through CP CLOUD HOSTING any different to the ones sold direct by WHMCS?
No - they’re identical, apart from their price. You can also switch to us as your license provider to benefit from the reseller discount. On purchase we will issue you a new license key for WHMCS, which you can then change inside WHMCS Admin and then cancel your direct license. The change will not impact your install or business in anyway.
