IE&C Co Nippon Hand Painted Water Lily Heavy Raised Beaded Gold 8 5/8 Inch Plate
Nice antique Japanese porcelain plate. Decorated with hand painted white waterlilies with gold highlights and beading. With green and large heavy gold lily pads and stems with raised gold and beaded embellishments. Has a heavy gold border. Has a partially worn off IE & Co Nippon mark on the bottom. IE & C Co used this mark in Nagoya from 1885 to 1925.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.
Measures approximately 8 5/8 inches wide.
