This is a partly home made childs seat put together in the infancy of motoring prior to the days when the proper seats were just not available.
The seat has had a couple of metal hooks attached to it so that it will go over the seat of a car.
It is a thing of its era and would certainly not be safe to transport a child these days so it is sold for DISPLAY ONLY.
It is 11" wide x 20" long x 14 " (at the top of the hooks) high.
