We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any
reason you are unhappy, an order can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be returned boxed and with any other packaging, unused and in
original condition with any accessories. A refund will then be made upon inspection of the item,
minus a £30 restocking fee.
All our items are under manufacturer warrant. In the
unlikely event of a fault please contact the nearest authorised agent and they
sort it out for you. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect
or misuse (for which there can be no refund or exchange).
Please check the the manufacturer’s operating instructions before contacting
us. Please
retain all original packaging in case of a return or replacement.
