Please note that this does have the following condition issues: 

1. Tears around border of dustjacket/discoloration and some disintegration (especially around edges)

2. Dirt/Staining on edges of pages as photographed

3. Inscription inside dated 9/10/68. Reads Happy Birthday Love Adam and Betty

4. Some grease/marks on pages inside the book as photographed.

5. Wear/crushing around the corners of the book

6. Spine is loose but page are intact

7. General wear from age/use/storage

4/68 is printed on inside dust jacket. First edition is printing on copyright page. 

I do think there is an earlier version of this book from the early 60's and this is a remake (to the best of my knowledge). I don't have any information on if this a first printing, etc as my research has turned up multiple different versions as being a first printing.
