Here is an extremely rare General Electric (GE Lighting Systems, Inc.) wall / building mounted street lamp. I'm not sure of the metal it's made of but it's over 26 lbs so maybe stainless steel for outdoor use for all weather?

There is a bulb inside. I spoke with the previous owner who worked for a city and this lamp was removed from the city's service years ago as the city did a routine upgrade to their lamps. This has been in storage most likely since the 90's which puts its installation somewhere within the 80's. The previous owner didn't know / remember.  It was definitely in storage for many years as it was completely covered in thick dust / dirt when I picked it up - it cleaned up very nicely but still needs more cleaning. 

There are two bolts that lock the head down to the base, the original bolts are gone but I found two bolts that work which I will send along. 

The glass is extremely thick, heavy and solid. There is a thin metal reflector sheet that is placed inside the lamp to throw the light down.
