Overall:  Beautiful 1940's Waterman Stalwart pen.  Restored.  New sac.  Tuned nib.  Semi Flex 14 K.  Gold Trim.  Works perfectly.  Lightly polished.   Minimal signs of age.  Factory imprint easily legible.  
Body:  Smooth luster.  Factory imprint easily legible.  No cracks, chips, gouges.  Cap threads are in good condition.  Lever works and has minimal plating loss.  
Section: Smooth lightly polished luster.  No cracks or gouges.  Slight surface scratches.  
Nib and feed:  Lovely semi flex 14 K nib.  Slight feedback.  Good ink flow.  Some scratches on feed.  
Cap:  Gold plating.  Some plate loss on clip.  Single gold plated ring.  No cracks, gouges, or chips.  Cap posts on pen.  Clip has good strength.  
Writing Condition:  Lovely writer.  New sac.  Good ink flow and mild line variation.
